Cancellation-Rules

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation initiated by the customer 4 hours before the departure time:

  • Airline will process a partial refund after deducting airline cancellation penalty fees in the form of agency fund-transfers.

 

Cancellation initiated by the customer within 4 hours of departure or after the departure time:

  • Airline will process a refund of unutilized taxes in the form of agency fund-transfers.

 

Flight suspended by Airlines:

  • Airlines will process a full refund on all such flights in the form of a credit shell. This can be viewed by retrieving the booking from the Airlines Website/APP/Airlines call-center.

 

Cancellation/Claim Refund Process:

  • The customer can cancel their booking either at Airlines website/APP/Airlines call-center or on Assam yatra self-service portal.
  • If the customer has canceled his/her flight through Airlines website/APP/Airlines call-center, The customer has to claim the refund by initiating a cancellation request from Assam yatra booking self-service portal .
  • If Airlines has suspended the flight or Airlines has approved full refund for any reason, Then the customer has to claim the refund by initiating a full refund cancelation request from Assam yatra self-service portal.

 

Amendment/Reschedule Policy:

Amendment initiated by the customer 3 days before the departure time:

  • Airlines allows a one-time Free amendment, The customer can reschedule their flight one-time without any reschedule penalty fees for travel up to 30th September 2020, Fare difference (if any) will be applied.

 

Amendment initiated by the customer within 3 days and 4 hours before the departure time:

  • Airlines doesn't allow any Free amendment. Customer can change their travel date by paying a reschedule penalty fees and fare difference (if any)

 

Amendment initiated by the customer within 4 hours or after the departure time:

  • Airlines doesn't allow customers to reschedule their flights.

 

Amendment/Reschedule Process:

  • The customer can amend/modify their booking either at Airlines Website/APP/Airlines call-center or Assam yatra Bookings self-service portal.
  • Customers can also amend their bookings by mail into Assam yatra portal  as a guest or signed-in user Retrieve Booking >> Reschedule >> Change/Modify Itinerary >> Search Flight >> Choose Flight >> Add Passenger >> Pay fare difference (If any) >> Booking Confirmation

*  Refund payment will do in same mode which mode use by the customer at time of booking.
